Ruff Revolution has grown over the past few years mostly due to our wonderful customers sharing their experiences with their friends, family, neighbors and coworkers. We are so grateful for your referrals! In the spirit of showing our gratitude, we have decided to start an ongoing referral program that offers discounts to both you and your friends! Details below:
New customers will be eligible to receive $20 off their first appointment with Ruff Revolution. They simply need to provide the full name of the customer who referred us to them.
Any customer of Ruff Revolution is eligible to refer new customers. They will receive a $20 discount on their next appointment, after their friend completes their first appointment. There is no limit to the number of referral discounts a customer can receive.
How does it work?
As a customer, simply inform the people in your life who you think may be interested or would benefit from our mobile grooming services. Encourage them to reach out to us (via phone call/voicemail, text, email, requesting an appointment online, etc) and make sure they know to share your full name with us so we can give you both the $20 discount, should they decide to try out our services!
Other details:
- For new customers, the $20 discount is available for one time use per household.
- The $20 referral discounts can be used with other discounts as well (mobile need discount, multipet discount, etc.)
- If a referrer earns enough discounts to more than cover their next appointment cost, the remaining discount balance will be applied to their next appointment. Ruff Revolution will NOT pay customers their discounts’ value in cash, check, card payment, etc.
- Ruff Revolution will not give a referral discount to either party if it is not disclosed to us BEFORE the new customer’s first appointment is completed.
- Ruff Revolution has the right to discontinue this referral program at any time.
